“Mentis” is a Latin word which means ‘mind, character & attitude’ and as such this reflects the purpose of our work.

Mentis was formed in UK in 2003, entering the Middle East region as Hogan’s Authorised Distributor in 2005 and established Asia-Pacific operations since 2014 in Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines. We have partners across the globe, from California to China.

Mentis has established offices in London, Dubai, Sharjah & Bangkok supporting our clients in UK, Europe, MENA and ASIA-PACIFIC.

We are an international leadership assessment & development company specialising in improving organisational performance and providing HR development solutions to multinational companies.

We provide Public Hogan Certification Workshops in 8 cities in 3 continents of the world. Mentis was the first Authorized Hogan Distributor to be licensed to deliver the Hogan Advanced Interpretation Workshop™ outside the US.
