Chief Executive Officer

Andrew was appointed as the CEO of Mentis in 2017. His background in research, analysis, and empirical evidence has shaped his approach to business and leadership, promoting Mentis’ global strategy and development of trusted partnerships and networks. Shaping our international investment in talent tech influenced by the values and principles of the Agile Manifesto.

Richard Brady

Founder & Executive Chairman

Richard founded Mentis in 2003 and he is our Executive Chairman.  He has 30 years’ expertise in psychometric profiling, leadership development, and he is passionate about enabling clients to build powerful networks of talented people.  Richard has worked with many of the World’s leading companies and advisory firms to support transformation and change programs. He is a licensed business psychologist, a credentialed executive and team coach (ICF) and an entrepreneur and investor in the talent tech industry.

Chris Cracknell

Deputy Chairman

Chris was delighted to join Mentis in 2019 and he is our Deputy Chairman. Chris is a highly experienced and visionary leader with substantial and trusted expertise in leading and pioneering successful new business operations with the B2B environment globally. Proven in strategic, financial, and commercial management, blended with natural people development and relationship skills, he is a hands-on executive who delivers solutions with conviction and passion whilst operating in complex, evolving businesses with changing priorities. He also currently serves as a Non-Executive Director and Advisor to several businesses in Asia and is the Chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce Thailand (BCCT).

Alexandra Southcott RN, RM, IBCLC

Alex’s use and interpretation of Social & Organizational Network Analysis (SONAR) is very unique as she has been using ‘person-centered’ approach to explore options and help people to achieve their best potential. Her counselling advices have been supporting, facilitating and truly enhancing people from diverse cultures and transforming them into the best possible version of themselves for over more than three decades.

Clive Rodrigues

Clive has a background in software engineering with just over 10 years of experience creating data-driven solutions for various business problems. His skills are best utilized in finding solutions for Network Centrality’s Reports, data Collections procedures and its data security. His career has been enriched by experience working with Data security giants such as Symantec and McAfee. He is a big fan of technology and feels the Network Centrality is a tool that pictures relationships using technology.

Marcus Gee

Marcus is a Business Psychologist who began his career at University College London, where he developed expertise in sociometrics and psychometrics alongside a number of leading academics and practitioners. Marcus joined the Mentis family in 2017 to manage R&D operations, including the creation of Network Centrality. Marcus’ role is to ensure that Network Centrality continuously develops to make workplaces more collaborative and deliver clients tangible value.

Bruce Hancock

Bruce started his career in performance psychology in 1995 at the Australian College of Applied Psychology, he is a qualified Marshall Goldsmith Coach and had extensive experience in executive roles with various industries. His background includes executive one to one and team coaching, workshop facilitation and leadership retreat design. With Network Centrality, he works closely with executives to ensure they learn the art of collaboration, to improve communication, build relationships, and make challenges become a less complex process.

Emily Fok

Emily has been working in the talent consulting field for almost 10 years. She started her career in rewards consulting with one of the multinational consultancies, she managed to build up close connections in the APAC region and participated in multiple projects related to job evaluation, salary structure design, C&B benchmarking, and HR analytics. She was the lead of Hong Kong Rewards Data Services Business in another major consulting firm and also spent some time on M&A Advisory in Shanghai. She is very eager to share these experiences with her network and very passionate about how Network Centrality’s impact on collaboration and communication. Emily originates from Hong Kong and she is now based in Singapore. She obtained a First-Class Honours degree in BSc (Hons) Business Administration in University of Bath, U.K. She speaks fluent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Emma Mulder

Emma is a change management and talent development expert with a focus in the UAE region. She has enjoyed gaining experience both in the UK and globally since starting her career in 2004 with Accenture. She is Prosci Change Management certified and passionate about sharing her knowledge and supporting colleagues on their change journeys. She worked in the UAE as a management consultant from 2008 – 2014, she was based in Abu Dhabi and clients included the Dept for Municipal Affairs and NBAD (now FAB bank). She gained her Executive MBA at London Business School during her time in the UAE. She also has experience working in Australia, France, Mexico, Taiwan, the US, and the Philippines.

Sherwin Soriano

Sherwin started his career in the customer service industry and has solid experience in this background. He joined Mentis in 2016 as part of the core support team providing clients with the best possible customer experience. With his hard work and dedication, he moved to being a project coordinator ensuring a smooth delivery of every projects-related work.
