A large multinational pharmaceutical company was undergoing rapid expansion and organizational change through a regional restructure. They wanted to ensure that the new teams were collaborating effectively and coordinating workflow efficiently as the organization progressed and settled into the new structure following the significant change.

- Conducted a Time 1 and Time 2 running of Network Centrality, 4 months apart
- Tracked and analyzed the network of 150+ participants across the multiple teams, observing how the network evolved in these early stages following its formation
- Identified two teams actively not collaborating due to psychological barriers

- Team leaders lead workshops with their teams, utilizing the results and helping the team leaders engage and build relationships with their new direct reports
