A GCC headquartered bank needed our support to engage and develop Emiratis and senior leaders working within the bank.

- Designed and ran validated assessments and assessment centers for multiple leadership levels within the organization, with a focus on Emiratis
- All-inclusive assessment center including industry specific business simulations – analytical exercises, role play exercises and presentation
- Comprehensive individual Feedback report, development planning and coaching sessions
- Comprehensive and ongoing analysis and reporting to senior stakeholders
- Expanded the assessment support from Executives and Managers through to Supervisors and new hires providing consistent and evidence-based assessment for selection and development across all levels benchmarked regionally and globally.

- Over 40 high performing individuals completed their career individual development plans
