The Company will not transfer any of your personal data outside of Thailand unless the transfer conforms with the requirements under the law.
In the event that it is necessary to send or transfer the customer’s personal data outside of Thailand, the Company will comply with personal data protection laws and take appropriate measures to ensure that the customer’s personal data is protected and that the customer can exercise the rights relating to the customer’s personal data in accordance with the law. Including the company will require the person who receives the customer’s personal data to have appropriate measures to protect the customer’s information and only process such personal data as necessary and take steps to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure of personal information by others.
In the event that it is necessary to send or transfer the customer’s personal data outside of Thailand, the Company will comply with personal data protection laws and take appropriate measures to ensure that the customer’s personal data is protected and that the customer can exercise the rights relating to the customer’s personal data in accordance with the law. data breach to the Regulator, The Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore (“PDPC”) under the applicable laws and regulations concerning data breach reporting, apart from complying with any similar reporting and relevant regulations of Thailand.
